Dot, dot, dot..this is my first time styling this skirt and I have to say, it was a little difficult. So of course I went to the staple chambray top. And to add some color in, I threw on my Prabal Garund for Target wedge-sandals. For great looks on a budget, definitely shop at Forever 21 an Target. Xoxo

    Cute skirt! Polka dots are harder to style, but your ensemble looks great! You can never go wrong with chambray. ;)
